Premier League Football Stats: 16th-18th Dec 2017

Premier League football stats

Andy

It might be a fun part of the year for most of us but if you are a Premier League footballer then unless you’ve got yourself a tactical injury there is certainly no let-up during December.

After the midweek games this weekend we move full steam  into week 18 with another full set of fixtures on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

We get going on Saturday lunchtime with struggling Crystal Palace travelling to Leicester in a game the Eagles lost 3-1 last season – will it be more of the same for Roy Hodgson’s men?

Five 3pm Saturday games this week that include Arsenal at home to Newcastle, while the current champions – Chelsea – welcome Southampton to Stamford Bridge – did you know both teams have scored in the last six repeat fixtures?

The 5:30pm offering this Saturday is a real one to savour though as the league leaders – Man City – take on Spurs, but with the Londoners taking 4 points off City last season they will head to Manchester with some hope.

Onto Sunday, and just two games that see West Brom host Man Utd, plus Liverpool travel to the south coast to play Bournemouth in what was a thrilling 4-3 win for the home side last term.

We round-off week 18 on Monday night with Swansea going in search of some much-needed points away at Everton and with the Swans unbeaten in their last seven against the Toffeemen then there is a chance the home side might be in for a ‘sticky’ game.

As always here at JUICESTORM we’ve got all the games covered from a head-to-head angle, plus our best betting option on each match based on the stats – So, let’s get CRACKING!
