Real Madrid v Valencia
The head to head in Madrid have ended 2-2. 2-1. 3-2. 2-2. 2-2 and 1-1 whilst the last ten head to head overall have seen both teams score, all Over 2.5 goals and seven of the ten go Over 3.5 goals. With the inconsistencies of this present Real side and with Valencia hardly setting the world on fire, although they have won their last two games, the safest option to look at here has to be goals, Over 2.5 goals is the obvious play but too short at 1.50. I much prefer both teams to score at 1.61 but for those of you who like a little more risk Over 3.5 goals is 2.10.
Getafe v Espanyol
The head to head in Getafe 1-0, 3-1, 2-1, 0-0 and 0-2 and overall the last six head to head have been home wins. In the last twelve head to head, ten were Under 2.5 goals. This doesn’t feel like it will be end to end and plenty of goals. The big question here is has the Espanyol bubble burst with two defeats? It is a game that they can win at their best but Getafe at home looks a better option at around 2.50. For those of you that play Under 2.5 goals, it would be no surprise to see that successful at 1.50.

Real Betis v Real Sociedad
The recent head to head in Seville have ended 0-0, 2-3, 1-0, 0-1 and 2-0 so not a lot to go on there. The overall head to head, the last twelve, saw six Over 2.5 goals and six Under 2.5 goals, so again no solid history. Sociedad won six and drew four of those twelve so have had the better of recent encounters, but we know this Betis side are a law unto themselves. Sociedad are backable at 3.60 but I prefer both teams to score at around 1.80 as a better option.
Barcelona v Villarreal
The head to head in Barcelona reads 5-1, 4-1, 3-0, 3-2, 2-1 and 5-0 and it was in 2008 that Villarreal last beat Barcelona. The overall head to head in the last twelve meetings today saw nine wins for Barca and three draws with eight of the twelve games Overs. Do Villarreal need to turn up? Clearly, we cannot bet Barcelona at 1.22 and Over 2.5 goals is only 1.30 with even those two combined only paying 1.53 so if we must have an interest, try Barcelona to win and Over 3.5 goals at 2.05 which would have won in four of the last six meetings today in Barcelona.
Alaves v Sevilla
Two recent head to head in Alaves ended 1-0 and 1-1 and the overall head to head sees two wins for Sevilla, one draw and one Alaves win, three of those four being Unders. Sevilla have won seven of their last nine, losing just one and are in strong form and I expect them to get the three points here. Sevilla to win at 2.00 and you could choose to trade for your stake back if they take the lead.
