Another huge weekend ahead in the German Bundesliga – we take a look at the best of the action from a Betfair Trading angle.
One thing to remember is that this is a Betfair Trading website and if you can trade out for a decent profit at any time then that is what we advise. If we get two early goals and we have done Over 2.5 goals and we can take a nice profit then that is an angle.

Hoffenheim v Hannover
Hoffenheim’s needs are greater with three points vital in their quest for Champions League qualification. Hannover need three points to be safe but will probably be so anyway so Hoffenheim look the proverbial banker here. They have not lost in eight and have scored in their last sixteen games and in all home games this season. Hannover have conceded in their last sixteen games so we are virtually guaranteed a Hoffenheim goal. Hannover have lost six of their last eight and look shot and have a poor record here in the past, losing the last four. I think that Hoffenheim -1 on the handicap at 1.91 is the way to go.

Freiburg v Koln
Would you bet a team at around Evs that has lost its last five games including to three of their relegation rivals? That is what we are being asked to consider this weekend as Freiburg enter last chance saloon. The consolation for them is that they play Koln and bar a mathematical miracle, they are relegated. They have won the last four meetings today in Freiburg so at last we have a positive and there has been no draw between the two in their nine meetings today at this level. Safest option for me here is Lay The Draw with a view to Betfair Trading out later.
Wolfsburg v Hamburg
A relegation battle, with Wolfsburg needing some kind of result, but Hamburg needing to win. Six of the last seven meetings today were Under 2.5 goals so don’t expect a cracker although I have a feeling this one may produce goals as both have to play for a win. Three of the last five meetings today in Wolfsburg have ended 1-1 and that is a clear possibility here but I’m going to chance a small bet on Overs at 2.30 and hope that we get an early goal.
