Stuttgart v Frankfurt

Stuttgart are in poor form losing their last three and four of their last five and face a Frankfurt side who are unbeaten in four. I cannot see anything other than goals here although Frankfurt should also win comfortably, and I would not put anyone off doing Frankfurt at 2.50 or laying Stuttgart at 2.70. The last four Stuttgart games were all Over as were four of the last five Frankfurt games and the last ten head to head saw eight games go Over and nine of those saw both teams score. The Over 2.5 goals price is the best value at 1.80.

Augsburg v Nurnberg

Nurnberg have struggled on the road and their last two away games saw defeats by 6-0 and 7-0. They have managed just one point away this season and their hopes will be pinned on the in and out performances of Augsburg who are too inconsistent for their own good. It is impossible to tip the visitors even at 5.50 but equally I do not want to get involved with Augsburg at 1.60 so as five of the last six meetings today were Under 2.5 goals and that is available at 2.10, as much as I dislike doing Unders, that looks the best advice to a small stake.

Wolfsburg v Dortmund

Unbeaten Dortmund travel to Wolfsburg, a ground where they have won on their last three visits. Wolfsburg had not won in six matches until last weekend. but they only beat a poor Dusseldorf side and it remains to be seen whether they can transfer their away form to their home ground. They concede too many goals at home, eleven in five games and a poor defence is not what you want when Dortmund come calling. One very strong stat, and one we must take advantage of, is that Dortmund have scored seventeen goals after the 60^th minute, no other team has scored more than eight in that period. The trade here is to Lay whatever the correct score is at 60 minutes and a goal after gives us the win, if you feel the price is too big then consider laying around 70 minutes as Dortmund have scored eleven goals in the last fifteen minutes of games, five more than any other team.

Leverkusen v Hoffenheim

This looks like a game for goals, but we may have to take a chance to get any value. Four of the last six head to head were Over 2.5 goals with both meetings today last season Over 3.5 goals. Five of the last six meetings today in Leverkusen were also Over 2.5 goals and four of Leverkusen’s last five games and the last five Hoffenheim games were also Over 2.5. I’m going to chance Over 3.5 goals here as both teams last two games went Over 3.5 goals and at 2.10 that looks the best option with a view to trading out if we get early goals if you feel more comfortable doing that.

Mainz v Werder Bremen

There are not many times that you would pick a side beaten 6-2 at home the previous week but it may be that Bremen offer some value here. They have won on their last four visits to Mainz by 1-2, 0-2, 1-3 1nd 1-2 so also score goals. Before that home defeat they had won four of the previous five and take on a Mainz side who have not won in six, failing to score in five of them. Bremen to win at 2.25 and you could trade out for your stake back if they lead.
