Espanyol v Valencia
The last five head to head have all been Under 2.5 goals with recent games at Espanyol 2-0, 0-2, 0-1 and 1-0. Espanyol ended a run of five games without a win with a 1-0 victory at Levante and Valencia lost at Osasuna, their first defeat in six games. A small lay of Espanyol at around 3.00 as a trading option.
Sevilla v Atletico Madrid
Both meetings today last season ended 1-1, but Atletico have a good recent record here, with two draws and three wins on the last six visits. Sevilla proved too strong late on for a solid Getafe side and Atletico extended their unbeaten run to six with a 2-0 home defeat of Bilbao. On the stats we have to Lay Sevilla at around 2.50 with a view to trading.
Levante v Barcelona
Three of the last four head to head in Levante have seen one side score five goals, with the four most recent games ending 0-5, 5-4, 0-2 and 0-5. Barcelona have won seven of the last eight meetings today and had a weekend off last week with the postponement of El Clasico. Barcelona -2 on the handicap at 3.40 is worth a small interest.
Real Madrid v Real Betis
Betis, as is typical of their inconsistencies, have a good recent record in the Bernabeu with wins on their last two visits. The last four overall head to head and five of the last six meetings today, have ended in away wins so maybe be careful about taking any short prices on the home side. Betis have lost three of the last four and Real need to bounce back from their first defeat of the season at Mallorca. Under 3.5 goals at 1.91 with a view to trading out.
Sunday 3rd November 2019
Villarreal v Athletic Bilbao
Three of the last four head to head in Villarreal have gone Over 3.5 goals and all four saw both teams score. Villarreal have won five of their last seven and after a good start to the season, Athletic have lost three of their last four. Over 2.5 goals at 2.05 should give us good trading options.
Celta Vigo v Getafe
Four of the last five head to head in Vigo ended in draws, three of them 1-1 and four of the five Under 2.5 goals. Celta have lost three of their last four and Getafe have lost two in nine, but those two were in their last four games. Celta Vigo’s last nine games were all Under 2.5 goals and three of Getafe’s last four the same. A Lay of Celta at 2.50 might be the way to go.
Leganes v Eibar
Three recent meetings today at this level in Leganes ended 2-2, 0-1 and 1-1. Five of the six recent head to head overall ended Under 2.5 goals. Both need the points and Leganes finally got a win last weekend, their first of the season, and might fancy this against an Eibar side who have lost their last two. Leganes have been well backed already and we have missed any value so Lay the draw may be an option here.
Granada v Real Sociedad
Sociedad have won the last four meetings today conceding just one goal. They have not lost on their last five visits to Granada, winning three and conceding just two goals. Granada have attained lofty heights and their win over Betis took them to the top of the table. Sociedad are also playing well winning five of their last seven. Granada are a big price 3.00 at home but Sociedad are a decent side and I can see them winning. Both teams to score at 2.00 looks worth a small interest.
