Granada v Espanyol

The three recent meetings today all went Over 2.5 goals with Espanyol winning two and Granada one. Granada have lost four of their last five scoring just two. Espanyol are now unbeaten in three, having won just one in eleven. Espanyol could win in current form, but I cannot chance then at 2.90 even against Granada. It might be worth chancing Over 2.5 goals at 2.30.

Real Madrid v Atletico Madrid

This could get fiery, the two met in Jeddah three weeks ago with Real winning the Super Cup on penalties despite receiving a red card in extra-time. In recent league encounters in the Bernabeu, Atletico have come out on top with two wins and three draws in the last five games there. The last four of those ended Under 2.5 goals. On the stats we have to Lay Real at 1.83 as a trading option.

Valencia v Celta Vigo

Not a lot of solid stats to go on here. The last five head to head in Valencia saw two 1-1 draws and two home wins and one for Celta. Celta have drawn their last three and five of their last seven so are tough to beat. Valencia are unbeaten at home but have drawn five of their eleven games. Lay Valencia at 1.66 and trade out if level at 60 mins or if Celta lead.

Villarreal v Osasuna

The three recent head to head all went Over 2.5 goals and both teams scored in all three. Villarreal have won four of their last five, Osasuna won just one in six. Villarreal to keep up their recent form and win at 1.83, for those of you who prefer, take your stake back if they lead.

Leganes v Real Sociedad

Seven meetings today at this level with three draws, three wins for Sociedad and a single win for Leganes. No bias in the games in Leganes with a win apiece and a draw. Three of the last four head to head were Over 2.5 goals. Leganes have lost just one in six with three draws. Sociedad got back to winning form with a 3-0 win over Mallorca. Both teams to score at 1.91 looks a decent option here.

Eibar v Real Betis

Six of the last eight head to head were Under 2.5 goals with the four games in Eibar ending 1-0, 5-0, 3-1 and 1-1. Betis played well enough to have won last week at Getafe but were beaten by a late penalty. Eibar have lost just one in five. Under 2.5 as a trading angle at 1.91 has to be the shout and trade out if a quiet first 60 minutes.

Barcelona v Levante

Although Levante have beaten Barcelona twice in recent seasons, the last five games in Barcelona ended 1-0, 3-0, 4-1, 5-0 and 7-0. Barcelona lost at Valencia last week and Levante lost at Osasuna. Barcelona to win to Nil at 1.91.

Athletic Bilbao v Getafe

Four of the last five head to head ended in draws. Five of the last six meetings today ended Under 2.5 goals. Bilbao have drawn their last five games, Getafe have won five of their last seven. Both teams to score at 2.20 will do here.
