Barcelona v Real Madrid

El Clasico and we will concentrate on the head to head in Barcelona which shows that both teams scored in the last six meetings today, with Barca winning three and two draws. Both teams have won four and drawn one of their last five matches, but Barcelona have won all seven home games and that may swing things in their favour. Barcelona to win and both teams to score at 2.90 appeals as an option.

Eibar v Granada

Eibar ended a run of four defeats with a 0-0 draw at Bilbao but have lost their last three home games. Granada have lost five of their last seven including their last four away. The two have six meetings today at this level with Granada failing to win and the three games in Eibar ending 1-1, 5-1 and 4-0. The last four meetings today all went Over 2.5 goals and with both sides being difficult to side with, it may be worth chancing the 2.50 about Over 2.5 goals with a view to trading.

Mallorca v Sevilla

Mallorca grabbed a late equaliser at Celta last week having lost their three previous games and Sevilla lost at home to Villarreal 2-1. No relevant recent head to head so it is about current form. Sevilla have been in much better form than Mallorca but quotes of 1.66 away from home are no value and better options are available. In Sevilla’s five away wins they have not scored more than two and four were to Nil. Trade correct scores 0-1 and 0-2 to try for a green book.

Barcelona v Alaves

Barca have won the last five meetings today conceding just one goal. Alaves have lost six of their last seven away games. Keep it simple if you need to get involved and Barca -2 on the handicap at 2.10 might be the way to go.

Villarreal v Getafe

Villarreal had a fine 2-1 win at Sevilla but that ended a poor run of six games without a win. Getafe are unbeaten in seven, winning five of them. The have only lost two away all season. Getafe won this fixture last season, their first win at Villarreal in four games. Lay Villarreal at 2.10 keeping the draw onside.

Real Madrid v Athletic Bilbao

Real have won seven of the last eight meetings today in Madrid with seven of those eight games Over 2.5 goals and in six of the eight games Bilbao scored. Athletic have lost only one of their last seven games so will be no pushovers, but Real are unbeaten at home this season. Over 3.5 goals at 2.40 might be worth chancing.

Real Betis v Atletico Madrid

The last six head to head were all Under 2.5 goals as were the last five meetings today in Seville. Atletico won three of those five games away at Betis, all to Nil. Betis are unbeaten in their last four matches, but Atletico have lost only once in thirteen games. Under 2.5 goals at 1.66 is a fair price.

Osasuna v Real Sociedad

Just two meetings today three seasons ago which Sociedad won by 3-2 at home and 2-0 away. Osasuna were unbeaten in their first six home games but have lost one and drawn one of their last two. Sociedad drew with Barcelona 2-2 last week but have had a mixed season on the road with four wins and two draws. Both teams to score at 1.80 seems to be a reasonable bet.
