The focus switches back to the FA Cup this weekend as we lock ourselves in for the fifth round – with games spread over Friday 16th till Monday 19th February.
From the 16 sides left we’ve 10 Premier League teams still in, but from the eight Fifth round games we’ve only two all Premier League clashes as West Brom take on Southampton, while Huddersfield host Manchester United – both on Saturday.
We get going on Friday night though with Leicester taking on Sheffield United – they last met in the FA Cup back in 1976, but have played more recently (2017) in the League Cup. Leicester won that one 3-0.
We’ve also got Chelsea v Hull on Friday night and with the Blues having beaten the Tigers 2-0 in 5 of the last 6 clashes then this is certainly a score line to have on your radar.
Then on Saturday and we’ve already mentioned the two all-Premier League clashes, while we’ve also got Brighton hosting Coventry, plus Swansea travelling to Sheffield Wednesday.
Onto Sunday and Rochdale play Spurs and with these sides having never played before they will be creating a bit of history.
We round off the Fifth round action on Monday night with Wigan entertaining the current Premier League leaders – Man City. Did you know Wigan have actually won their last two FA Cup meetings today against City, so are we in for a giant-killing again here?
As always here at JUICESTORM we’ve got all the games covered from a head-to-head angle, plus our best betting option on each match based on the stats – So, let’s get GOING!
