Friday 7th February 2020
Bristol City v Birmingham Birmingham have won on two of their last three visits to Ashton Gate and they have only lost two of the last nine head to head. Bristol City have won their last four, Birmingham are unbeaten in four. This could be tight so a small Lay of Bristol City at 2.10 as a trading option.
Saturday 8th February 2020
Wigan v Preston Five recent head to head, Preston have won the three home games with a draw and a defeat at Wigan. Wigan have won their last two and Preston are unbeaten in four. Preston have drawn three of their last four away. As the stats point to a draw, trade 1-1 and 2-2 in the correct score markets.
Barnsley v Sheff Wed A local derby and the five recent head to heads have all been Under 2.5 goals with three 1-1 draws and two home wins for Wednesday. Barnsley have lost their last three and four of their last five games. Wednesday have won one of their last seven but that was at Leeds. Under 2.5 goals at 1.95 with a view to trading.
Blackburn v Fulham Seven head to head at this level with three wins apiece and one draw and four Over 2.5 goals with three Under. The three games in Blackburn ended 0-1, 3-0 and 2-1. Both are unbeaten in four, but Fulham won three of those, Blackburn two. Both teams to score at 1.73 appeals as a fair shout here.
Brentford v Middlesbrough There have been no home wins in the last six head to head, two finished level. Boro have not lost at Brentford in five, with four wins and a draw. Boro have drawn three of their last four and they had won their previous four, Brentford have lost one in five. Brentford should win at home but the stats favour Boro and at 6.5 they might be worth a small interest or you could try a small Lay of Brentford at 1.57.
Huddersfield v QPR In the five recent head to head there have been two draws, two Huddersfield wins and one for QPR. There has not been more than one goal between the teams, with three Under 2.5. QPR have lost five of their last seven, Huddersfield four of their last seven. OPR have lost their last four away. It might pay to go with goals and Over 2,5 goals at 1.91 looks fair.
Reading v Hull The last three meetings today were all Over 2.5 goals as were four of the last six. There was one win apiece and a draw in the three games in Reading. Hull have lost their last four, Reading have not won in five but managed three draws. Reading at 2.0 and take your stake back if they lead.
Nottm Forest v Leeds Always a fiercely fought game and three of the last four head to head were draws including a 1-1 in Leeds in August. The last five games in Nottingham ended 4-1, 0-2, 3-1, 1-1 and 1-1. Forest lost at Birmingham but had been unbeaten in seven, Leeds have lost three of their last four. Goals are highly likely and Over 2.5 goals at 2.00 is the suggestion. |
