Millwall v Nottm Forest
The last four head to head at Millwall have seen two home wins and two draws, three of the four were Under 2.5 goals. Cardiff ended Forest’s four match unbeaten run and Millwall have lost just one in seven, drawing the last two. Millwall are an option at 2.50 but I prefer the Lay the draw strategy and trade out for a green book.
Saturday 7th December 2019
Huddersfield v Leeds
Leeds are unbeaten in eight, winning their last five. Huddersfield have not won in four but are unbeaten in six at home, with four draws. Huddersfield have won the last three head to head, but Leeds won the previous four and nine of the last ten were Over 2.5 goals. Both teams to score at 2.10 looks a fair option in a game that should see goals.
Blackburn v Derby
Derby have failed to score at Ewood Park in their last three visits. Derby have lost their last four away and Blackburn are unbeaten in five at home. Derby were held at home last week by QPR and Blackburn won 2-1 at Stoke, their third successive win. Blackburn to win at 2.00 and trade for your stake back if they lead.
Fulham v Bristol City
Six recent head to head at this level ended in five away wins and one draw, Bristol City winning all three at Craven Cottage. Fulham have won their last four and look back on track, but Bristol City have only lost one in seven and that was at West Brom. It might be worth chancing Bristol City at 5.00 with a view to trading if they lead.
QPR v Preston
Preston have won on their three previous visits to Loftus Road and won the last six meetings today overall. QPR have not won in seven and Preston have lost their last two. Perhaps playing QPR will spark a return to form and Preston at 3.00 are a trading option.
Reading v Birmingham
Reading have not beaten Birmingham at home in the last five attempts with all five being under 2.5 goals and Reading failing to score in all five. Birmingham have drawn their last three games 1-1 whilst Reading have won three of their last four at home. Trusting either of these two is fraught with danger so Laying the home side at 2.25 as a trading option might be the way forward.
Sheff Wed v Brentford
The last three meetings today have all ended 2-0 to the home side. Wednesday have won four of the last five head to head at home. Brentford have won three of their last four away and won 7-0 at home last week so it is hard to oppose them, but Wednesday have not lost alone in six, four of them were draws. Both teams to score at 1.80 looks a fair option here.
Sunday 8th December 2019
West Brom v Swansea
Only two recent meetings today at this level and West Brom won both, 3-0 at home and 2-1 away. West Brom play Monday night but prior to that had lost only once this season. Swansea have not won in four and it would be a great leap of faith to believe they could win here. West Brom are currently the same price as Over 2.5 goals so a home win would be the preferred option although West Brom -1 on the handicap at 2.60 might be worth chancing.
