Wednesday 22nd January 2020
Nottm Forest v Reading
The last four meetings today all ended Under 2.5 goals with two 1-1 draws. Forest are now unbeaten in five, with four wins. Reading lost at Millwall having been unbeaten in their previous seven. Forest at 23.20 and take stake back if they lead.
Charlton v Fulham
Three of the last four meetings today ended in draws, the game at Craven Cottage in October ending 2-2. Fulham have lost just one of their last six, Charlton have won only one game in sixteen. Fulham are odds on away from home which is never ideal, so a small Lay with a view to trading out at some point.
Saturday 25th January 2020
Stoke v Swansea
Three recent head to head saw two Stoke wins and one for Swansea. Swansea are back in form losing just once in their last eight, but they often make games tough for themselves and need to be more prolific in front of goal. Both teams to score at 1.83 seems the best play here.
Tuesday 28th January 2020
Blackburn v QPR
Four recent meetings today in the Championship with three wins for Blackburn including both games at Ewood Park. Blackburn won at Sheff Wed, their first win in six and scored five and QPR stunned Leeds, but they have struggled away from home. Blackburn may be value for a win here but with both sides in recent games with plenty of goals, we will go Over 2.5 goals at 1.91.
Cardiff v West Brom
Six goals in the reverse fixture in October with West Brom winning by 4 goals to 2. Cardiff have had five draws in their last eight, winning just once, but West Brom continue to top the table and look strong. It might be worth chancing Over 3.5 goals here at 3.20 or if you want a slightly safer option Over 2.5 goals at 1.91.
Hull v Huddersfield
Huddersfield won the reverse fixture in October by 3-0, the only recent meeting of the two. Hull lost at Derby and Huddersfield drew with Brentford, but neither have been in form and both could do with a win. Lay the draw is an option here for trading purposes.
Leeds v Millwall
Five recent meetings today and Millwall have the upper hand with three wins and a draw. Leeds have lost their last two, a mini crisis and take on an in form Millwall side who have lost one in thirteen. Leeds will bounce back sooner rather than later, and it could be here, but at the prices, around 1.50, they cannot be considered. Millwall +1 on the handicap at 2.70 is worth chancing.
Wigan v Sheff Wed
In the six most recent head to head, Sheff Wed have five wins and one for Wigan, no draws. Sheff Wed were hammered at home last week by Blackburn with Wigan losing at Swansea, their third loss in four games. With neither side worth trusting, goals may be the order of the day, Over 2.5 goals at 2.30.
