Mainz v Freiburg
Mainz have lost seven of their last eight and Freiburg have lost one of their last eight and managed a draw with Bayern last weekend and have drawn three of their last four away from home. In six recent head to head in Mainz, the home side have won three and drawn three. Mainz at 2.20 cannot be considered so it could be worth chancing the visitors at 3.30 but the safest option is probably to Lay the draw as a trading option.

Leverkusen v RB Leipzig
Leipzig are now unbeaten in nine and have won their last five away. Leverkusen have lost three of their last five and have not drawn in fourteen. Five head to head games saw Leipzig win three with four of the five being Over 2.5 goals and the two games in Leverkusen ending 2-2 and 2-3. Leipzig are worth chancing at 3.00 with a view to trading with the alternative for those who prefer shorter prices, being Over 2.5 goals at 1.57.
Schalke v Frankfurt
Frankfurt are making a great push for third place and on current form should manage a Champions League spot for next season. They are unbeaten in ten and have won their last five with goals the key to their victories, scoring three times in four of their last five games. Schalke ended a four-match losing run with victory at Hannover, but they will do well to contain this Frankfurt team. Frankfurt have won three of the last five head to head and the suggestion is to Lay the home side as a trading option.
Wolfsburg v Hannover
Hannover remain in shocking form with ten defeats in their last eleven, beating only fellow relegation favourites Nurnberg. Wolfsburg have lost two of their last six, but those defeats were to Dortmund and Bayern. Hannover’s hope is that they have drawn their last three visits to Wolfsburg. Clearly, we cannot back Wolfsburg at 1.33 but we can at 2.00 on the handicap -1 goal.
Bayern Munich v Dortmund
The big game in Germany with the added spice of the title race being fought out by the two of them. Bayern have won their last seven home games and are unbeaten in seven, Dortmund have lost one in eleven but have won just one of their last four away, with two draws. Bayern have won the last four head to head in Munich by 6-0, 4-1, 5-1 and 2-1. Current form will probably decide this, and I just favour Bayern with home advantage, although it will be closer than recent years. If you must get involved, try 2-1 and 2-0 correct scores for trading.

Moenchengladbach v Werder Bremen
Gladbach are in real danger of losing out on next season’s Champions League winning only one of their last seven and losing three of their last four at home. Bremen are unbeaten in ten, winning their last three and have not lost in five away. Five of the last seven head to head were Over 2.5 goals and at 1.61 that is a reasonable play, but you could Lay Gladbach at 2.30 with a view to trading.
