A fantastic week last weekend with all six recommendations spot on, although we did get a little lucky in the Mainz game with three goals in the last eight minutes! Hopefully we can continue that form over the rest of the season although we are sure to have our ups and downs and remember to trade out late in games when you are giving very little away.

Hoffenheim v Dortmund
Hoffenheim have disappointed so far this season whilst the visitors, Dortmund, have looked strong. On current form, Dortmund can be considered as they have won two and drawn one as opposed to Hoffenheim who have beaten Freiburg but lost the other two. The fixture usually produces goals and nine of the last twelve meetings today have gone Over 2.5 goals whilst eleven of the twelve games have seen both teams score. The recent head to head in Hoffenheim have finished 3-1, 2-2, 1-1, 1-1 and 2-2 so both teams to score is clearly a huge chance along with Over 2.5 goals but also correct scores trading around 1-1 and 2-2. Preference would be Over 2.5 goals although we may not get rich!
Augsburg v Werder Bremen
Another game that has goals written all over it with the last nine meetings today of the two going Over 2.5 goals. The recent head to head in Augsburg have ended 1-3, 3-2, 1-2, 4-2, 3-1 and 3-1 so that backs up the theory of goals. In all three Augsburg games and all three Bremen games this season, Both Teams have scored so at around 1.70 on early quotes, that is a solid option.
Wolfsburg v Freiburg
Wolfsburg are unbeaten this season and Freiburg have lost two of their three matches and of those six games, five went Over 2.5 goals. Six of the last eight head to head have also gone Over 2.5 goals so that is a solid option but those of you who wish to bet Wolfsburg should not be put off as they have won five of the last six meetings today.
Schalke v Bayern Munich
Schalke have been really disappointing so far this season losing all three matches, so the last thing they need is a visit from the unbeaten current champions Bayern, who also have a great record in Gelsenkirchen. In the last seven meetings today there, the games have ended 0-3, 0-2, 1-3, 1-1, 0-4, 0-2 and 0-2, six wins for Bayern! Keep it simple Bayern to win 2-0 and 3-0 for correct score trading or Bayern -1 at 2.10 on the handicap.

Leverkusen v Mainz
Leverkusen have lost all three games this season, yet they are strong favourites to win the game as the bookmakers clearly expect them to improve. Mainz are unbeaten with two wins and a draw yet can be backed at 5.50 so what are we missing? In the five most recent head to head with Leverkusen at home, all have been Under 2.5 goals with two wins for each and one draw, so Mainz have a decent record there. In fact, the head to head games with Mainz at home are usually full of goals so Mainz clearly set up as a solid unit, difficult to beat. I think rather than bet the away side we can lay Leverkusen at around 1.60 and that gives us the draw on side.
