Hertha Berlin v Schalke
The last six meetings today in Berlin saw two 2-2 draws and two 2-0 wins for each side. Schalke had been in form with one loss in ten but lost 5-0 at Bayern last weekend. Hertha have lost one in six, to Bayern, but have been better on the road. Schalke don’t appeal at 2.50 even though they have a chance, so I would rather chance Over 2.5 goals at 1.91. |

Dortmund v Union Berlin
Only the one meeting and that was back in August when Union stunned Dortmund by winning 3-1. Dortmund remain unbeaten at home and Union Berlin have won just once away. The last ten Dortmund games were all Over 2.5 goals with seven Over 3.5 goals and five Over 4.5 goals. As a trading option chance Over 4.5 goals at 3.40. Hoffenheim v Leverkusen Three of the last four games ended in a 4-1 win, two for Hoffenheim and one for Leverkusen. Five of the last seven head to head were Over 2.5 goals. Leverkusen have won their last three, Hoffenheim three of their last four. Chance Hoffenheim at 3.20 with a view to trading. Mainz v Bayern Munich Bayern have won the last five, including two in Mainz and they have won their last seven games in Mainz. Bayern have won their last five games conceding just two. Mainz have lost five of their last six. Try Bayern to win and both teams to score at 2.10 as Mainz have score in three of their last four games.
Augsburg v Werder Bremen The twelve most recent meetings today were all Over 2.5 goals with eight Over 3.5 goals. Bremen have won on three of their last four visits to Augsburg. Augsburg have lost their last three having won five of their previous six. Bremen have lost five of their last six. Which side wants to lose more!! Lay the draw is the obvious shout as it is hard to think there will not be goals.
RB Leipzig v Moenchengladbach There have been seven meetings today, five wins for Leipzig and two draws, with the two draws being in Leipzig. Four of the seven were Over 2.5 goals. Leipzig lost at Frankfurt, their first game in ten, having won eight of the previous nine. Gladbach beat Mainz but have not won away in four. Leipzig to bounce back at 2.40 at -1 on the handicap. |
Sunday 2nd February 2020
Koln v Freiburg
The last five head to head were all Over 2.5 goals, with three wins for Freiburg ad two for Koln. Koln lost at Dortmund which was to be expected but had won their previous four games and have not lost in four at home. Freiburg are a nightmare due to their inconsistency. Koln to win at 2.05 and take stake back if they lead.
Paderborn v Wolfsburg The teams drew 1-1 in the reverse fixture in August the only relevant head to head and in the seven most recent meetings today, there have been no draws. Wolfsburg have now lost three in a row and Paderborn must surely fancy their chances having won two of their last three. Paderborn to win at 4.0 and Paderborn to win and both teams to score at 6.50 both small stakes with a view to trading. |
