Norwich v QPR

Norwich continue in great form and are now unbeaten in fourteen and have won their last seven. QPR are the opposite and are struggling with just one win in fifteen. In five recent head to head there were no draws with the two games at Norwich ending 2-0 and 4-0. For a speculative trade try Norwich -2 on the handicap at 4.00

Birmingham v Leeds

Birmingham have lost their last five and Leeds have won four of their last five. In the last seven head to head, there have been no draws and Leeds have won on three of their last five visits to Birmingham. Leeds to win at 2.00 with a view to trading.

Bolton v Ipswich

As you might expect, when these two meet, the games are often dull with nine of the last ten head to head being Under 2.5 goals. Three of the last four head to head in Bolton ended in a draw, so with Ipswich drawing six of their last eight, this game has the look of a stalemate. Bolton’s win at QPR last weekend might give them confidence but not for me at 2.40 so try 0-0 and 1-1 as a correct score trading option.

Hull v Reading

Two of the last three head to head ended level as did two of the last four meetings today in Hull. Reading have found some form with just two defeats in their last eleven but are still embroiled in a relegation battle. Hull are undefeated in their last ten at home and they still have an outside chance of the play-offs. Both Teams To Score at 1.80 may be the way to go.

Millwall v West Brom

Millwall have lost five of their last six and West Brom have won their last three and both need points for different reasons. West Brom are still chasing automatic promotion, although a play-off place looks more likely, whilst Millwall have a relegation battle on their hands and need to put some points on the board. With Millwall failing to win this year, and West Brom winning five of their last six away, the visitors must be considered here. Only the one recent head to head, back in September, when West Brom won 2-0 so consider Laying Millwall at around 2.80 as a trading option.

Preston v Sheff Utd

Two sides in top form who had been on long unbeaten runs until last weekend. Preston had gone twelve games and Sheff Utd ten games unbeaten before they lost to Reading and Bristol City respectively. Who can bounce back quickest? Preston have won the two recent head to head at home and that home advantage might just tip it in their favour especially as we can get 3.25.

Sheff Wed v Aston Villa

Wednesday unbeaten in twelve since Steve Bruce took over and he will be desperate to put one over his old club Aston Villa. The trouble he may have is that Villa have won their last five and are in great form. Five recent head to head have seen no draws with the three most recent all Over 2.5 goals and all aways. Aston Villa to win at 2.50 and Villa to win and Over 2.5 goals at 3.75 should provide trading opportunities.
