Keep track of the bets you place by using a screen capture program. Screenshots will prove invaluable when you need to find a lost bet or when a bookie refuses to accept that you placed that bet! Always capture a screen-shot of every bet and every withdrawal.
Faststone Capture is a free screen capture program which is fast, easy to use and unobtrusive. I have used it for the screenshots in the articles on this site and found it much easier than the previous program I used (also free), sprint32. There are plenty of others available.
Change the save file type from png to jpg to save on disk space and to make screenshots smaller and easier to email.
