Sheff Utd v West Brom
Recent games with these two involved have seen goals and as there are no relevant recent head to head, it is that current form that we must go on. Sheff Utd have won more away than at home and in the last month have been inconsistent with two wins, two draws and two defeats in their last six. West Brom have been unbeaten in five with both teams scoring in all five. I just prefer Over 2.5 goals at 1.73 with a view to trading if early goals.

Aston Villa v Stoke
Two of the current form sides in the division with Villa unbeaten in six, four wins and Stoke unbeaten in eight, three wins. Villa have had eight draws this season and Stoke nine, so both are tough to beat, although in the last seven meetings today (in the Premier League), there were no draws. I fancy Villa will win and at 2.00 can be backed with a view to taking stake back if they lead.
Hull City v Brentford
Four recent meetings today at this level and Brentford haven’t won with Hull winning three including both at home. Hull have lost just one in seven whilst Brentford have lost seven of their last nine. It points to a Hull win as Brentford have not won away. Brentford are favourites with some bookies and had the game been in September they would have been decent value but at present Hull have to be the selection at 2.60 with a view to trading.
Preston v Millwall
Preston did us a favour last week with their win at Forest and will be fancied by many here at 2.10, with just one defeat in eleven. Millwall have failed to win away all season but have drawn three of their last four games and on the head to head in four recent meetings today, three have ended level including both games at Preston, which ended 0-0. I fancy this game will be Under 2.5 goals at 1.80 but would advise trading out if 0-0 at half-time.
Bristol City v Norwich
Bristol City have followed a four-match losing run with two away wins and a home draw, but they take on red hot Norwich who are unbeaten in nine with eight wins. Norwich have lost just one away all season and are scoring for fun with seven of the last nine games going Over 2.5 goals. Norwich to win at 2.40 or Over 2.5 goals at 2.00 are the obvious options with preference for the latter as it gives us more options.

Derby v Nottm Forest
A fiercely fought derby game that has only once been won by the away side in the last eleven meetings today. The recent head to head in Derby have ended 2-0, 3-0, 1-0, 1-2 and 5-0. With Forest playing six draws away from home this season they could well adopt similar tactics and frustrate a Derby side who have won three of their last four. A case can be made for Derby at 2.00 but I think a safer option might be Over 2.5 goals at 2.10 with both sides amongst the goals in recent matches and Forest were involved in a 5-5 draw last week.
