A massive 28 markets traded for a profit of £3.91. The fly in the ointment was at Ayr in the 2 mile Handicap Hurdle with Echo Express trading to a loss of -£3.36. A Total of 20 other markets were profitable.
Disruption on the Betfair API today meant many markets were not available to trade. However, a profit of £5.00 on the day due in the most part to Southwell in the 1 mile 3 furlong Handicap with Mister Showman.

No Hiding Place and William Hunter were both traded in the Fakenham 2 mile 4 furlong Maiden Hurdle. William Hunter was of most interest trading at 2.87 for £62.51 and an exit at 2.72 for £65.98. A profit on the day of £3.21.
We end day 90 with a clean sweep and a profit of £3.73 but we are now a little behind the target of £244.83 with the current balance standing at £230.13. The bot faced an operational challenge twice but we will now power on.
14 markets traded & Thurles in the 2 mile 4 furlong Handicap Chase brought us the largest losing market with Fitzhenry. 2.34 traded for £36.16 & an exit at 2.57 for £33.27. A market loss of £3.61 & a loss on the day of -£4.66.
A loss of -£3.05 at Newcastle trading Star Story and Warm Oasis in the 1 mile 4 furlong Maiden Stakes. But only 2 other losing markets out of 23 meant a profit on the day of £6.41. Stakes have been increased so only 334 trades.
A loss of -£0.72 but the bot was balanced again. Superb support from BfBotManager too. Rade even went in in to the dedicated BCC VPS to check the final settings & after a few morning tweeks hedging now appears consistent again.
Another market which failed to hedge correctly caused a loss of -£8.11 and a loss on the day of -£7.73. Stakes are reverting to minimums while I sort out where the issue is. Oddly, in another account this strategy is working normally.
The Wolverhampton 6 furlong Handicap proved a challenge to hedge today. Shit happens. Only the second time in 85 days. I hate having non hedged risk and, of course, we're on the wrong side. A loss on the day of -£1.40.
2 markets traded from the only racecourse available at Lingfield due to the snow. On the bright side a clean sweep of profitable markets. On the downside the bot didn't fancy getting involved much at all. A profit of £0.30 for today.

Chepstow in the 2 mile National Hunt Flat saw Blue Flight trade at 3.04 for £43.70 and an exit at 2.76 for £48.16 gave a traded profit of £4.24. A profit on the day of £6.63 from 23 markets.
A loss on the day of -£5.84 with the largest loss at Sedgefield in the 2 mile 1 furlong Handicap Hurdle on Viserion. Trading at 2.24 for £56.38 and an exit at 2.47 for £51.10 brought a loss of -£5.26 from 92 trades.

Newcastle in the 6 furlong Nursery with Move It Move It trading at 2.66 for £75.70 and an exit of 2.30 for £88.22 brought home a profit of £11.89 from 157 trades. Only a £3.84 profit on the day due to 8 other markets not obliging.
Wolverhampton in the 7 furlong Novice Stakes saw Bath And Tennis trade at 3.11 for £153.20 and an exit at 2.91 for £163.72. A profit on the market of £9.99 from 156 trades and a profit on the day of £9.24 from 12 markets.
Southwell in the 7 furlong Handicap saw Bold Spirit trade at 2.79 for £173.92 and an exit of 2.65 for £178.34. A profit on this market of £15.82 but a profit of only £5.98 for the day due to Piton Pete at Plumpton trading -£17.75.
Little opportunity in the horse racing markets today and only 8 races traded. One main losing market sticks out at Carlisle in the 2 mile 4 furlong Handicap Hurdles for a loss of -£5.05 which caused a loss on the day of -£3.89.
Hear No Evil at Newcastle in the 2 mile 6 furlong Novice Hurdle trading at 3.14 for £38.40 with an exit of 2.97 for £40.65 produced a profit on the market of £2.14. A profit on the day of £3.28 from 11 markets and 174 trades.
Our biggest market loss today for -£12.91 and a loss on the day of -£6.70 . It looks like we faced a challenge in running to square the books. Hedging that took place before the off was ignored and we took a hit. A Betfair or bot issue?
