Premier League Stats: 4th-6th March 2017

Football head-to-head stats

Andy

It’s week 27 in the Premier League this weekend as we enter the final third of the season. Loads more to look forward to but we get going with Man Utd hosting Bournemouth in the Saturday lunchtime fixture – the Red Devils have beaten The Cherries 3-1 the last two times they’ve played them.

Plenty of 3pm games that include Leicester v Hull and Watford v Southampton, while the Saturday early evening game is a cracker as Arsenal travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool – with 6 of the last 7 head-to-heads seeing OVER 2.5 goals then we could be in for plenty of action in front of goal.

Onto Sunday and we’ve two more games as Spurs host Everton – with the last three head-to-heads ending all-square then we could be in for a tight encounter. It’s Sunderland v Man City next in the Sunday 4pm clash and with City having beaten the Black Cats 4-1 in 3 of the last 6 head-to-heads then this scoreline might be worth a small interest.

Finally, we end with West Ham v Chelsea on Monday as the league leaders look to continue their domination at the top of the table – Did you know Chelsea’s Gary Cahill has scored in his last two away games at West Ham?

So, as always, we’ve got all the key head-to-head stats for all the Premier League games, plus our quick-fire verdicts. Enjoy!
