Reload Every is a free Firefox addon which reloads web pages every so many seconds or minutes. The function is accessible via the context menu (menu you get when you right click on a web page) or via a drop down menu on the reload button.

You can choose the time interval for refresh, and it works on the Firefox tab which you set it on only, so you can set it up for different reload times (or not at all) on various different tabs.
This is most useful for keeping you logged in to sites which have a tendency to log you out after a short idle period. It does not always work – I think it probably depends on the criteria the website uses to determine inactivity.
Note that you should never leave Reload Every running on a page where you have done a deposit, withdrawal or other transaction, as it may repeat it every time the page is reloaded. The only issue I have had with it is once when a bet had gone to trader at Eurobet, the bet took about 5 minutes to be approved, during which time the page reloaded. When I went to check my account the bet had been submitted and accepted twice.
